sometimes it's bad.

like when i realize i hate literally everything. work hurts too much. thinking about other people sucks the life out of me. even video games aren't fun.

i try saying to myself out loud, "but you like reading webcomics. you like this."

you like explaining science with jokes
you like looking up recipes
you like thinking about your halloween costume

but none of it is sticking.

"you like crying at work." now that one seems true.
